Research in Action, an analyst firm based in Germany, compared the 20 most important software vendors in its latest market study "Vendor Selection Matrix™ Enterprise Service Management". The vendor ranking is primarily determined by a survey among 750 IT executives with budget responsibility from large and medium-sized companies in Germany. The study helps IT decision-makers evaluate and select the right ESM solution and provides information about the most important trends and developments in the market.
USU once again ranked first among software vendors with its innovative ESM platform and achieved the highest value in customer satisfaction with a recommendation index of 4.75 out of 5 points.
